Albert Sevillano

Albert Sevillano is President and Founder of Toro Alpha Capital, where he focuses on structured finance in the commercial real estate sector. Mr. Sevillano has successfully overseen the origination and acquisition of over $4.5 billion in debt/equity since the inception of Toro Alpha Capital in 2020; across all asset classes such as hospitality, healthcare, office, retail, mixed-use and industrial. Prior to founding Toro Alpha Capital, Mr. Sevillano was Director of Marketing for Paragon Capital LP, where he focused on raising capital for a medium-sized PIPE fund based out of New York City. His track record includes adding $750 million to the fund’s AUM. Mr. Sevillano was also Managing Member of Fisher Enterprises and Mattis Capital, where he oversaw the funding of deals in excess of $3 billion ranging from Healthcare and Energy to mixed-use projects. Mr. Sevillano was trained and spent the initial years of his career at JP Morgan Chase, one of the nation’s top investment banks, where he was an investment advisor to high-net-worth individuals and family offices. Mr. Sevillano obtained a BS in Accounting from St. John’s University, Queens, NY.
