Core Portfolio

Our core portfolio & investment focuses on cash flowing assets based in primary markets across the United States and its territories. We focus on stabilized assets with a history of cash flow, property appreciation, and effective property management. 

Value Portfolio

Our value portfolio & investment consists of properties similar to core investments with the exception of being in up-and-coming areas. This can include development, repositioning, or renovation of properties with the idea of risk aversion coupled with larger returns in mind.
