David Forman

David Forman is the Director of Originations at Toro Alpha Capital, responsible for originating, sourcing, and underwriting debt/equity products. Mr. Forman is also the Managing Member of an independent consulting firm and funding brokerage firm, Phoenix CG LLC.  Mr. Forman is focused on financial solutions, including project funding for middle market business and real estate projects.  Mr. Forman has more than 40 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry, starting his career with the Big 8 on the audit staff of Coopers and Lybrand. Mr. Forman is an accountant in a salesman’s body.  This unique combination allows him to analyze financial issues and offer multiple solutions.  Mr. Forman has been a frequent lecturer on issues of funding projects, asset protection, wealth management, and wealth transition for businesses and trade associations. Early in the 80’s Mr. Forman owned his virtual family office and was considered a foremost expert in family legacy planning.  Mr. Forman is the co-creator of The Enterprise Transition System™ (ETS™) and Asset Protection Audit™ (APA™) and the Alternative Risk Management System™ (ARMS™).
